I went to court ordered mediation (Vista court house) with my ex wife regarding custody / visitation amateur search fuck issues. I took 8 pages of notes with me covering all the horrible and violent things that she has done to our and myself. The most shocking was when she screamed at my 3 year old daughter "shut the f*ck up or I'll snap your f*cking neck!" My ex wife brought nothing. The mediator seemed genuinely bothered about my ex wife's actions as documented in my notes. The mediator confronted my ex wife on each issue. My ex wife responded over and over again with answers like "I don't re", "that was a time ago", "I don't remember that" and "but the get good grades". The mediator took notes on everything that was said. The session was not recorded. Needless to say, 2 months later when the mediator's report was written,it was evident that the mediator was hell bent on making sure the would not be living with their father. The report failed to mention anything negative regarding my ex wife and made me out to be a bad guy. The judges depend on the mediator's report to determine custody and visitation rights. The mediator has all the power. don't let what happened to me, happen to you .RECORD THE SESSION so you can challenge the shoddy mediator's report in court. Jamika
